Watched Kevin Freeney talk about TerminusDB and Rosemary Orchard speak about the benefits of the IndieWeb at this mornings remote only Keynotes . After some site introductions, afternoon sessions are now being planned

Been looking for a good bookmark tool for a while, and came across https://github.com/shaarli/Shaarli. Excellent little tool. Imported my bookmarks from del.icio.us and raindrop.io without a hitch. One more piece of my puzzle falls into place.

Excellent 30-minute talk about the need for the by Jeremy Keith.

Short summary: get your own website, publish and own your own content, and strengthen the network.

For Christmas here's an extensive list of Free Software network services and web applications which can be hosted locally: https://github.com/Kickball/awesome-selfhosted

I've started hosting my own RSS Reader on voss.co, which is working out a treat for me (: Glad to get back into reading content not only supplied by social media outlets.
